Many thanks for your positive feedback! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed working at PUMA. Creating a fun and motivating environment for our employees is fundamental to our business. We are aware of the busy and fast-paced work environment and how much support and initiative is needed in that business unit. However, PUMA aims to engage all employees in giving their best every day as we set this goal for ourselves as a company as well. It's great to hear that you enjoyed our special PUMA spirit. Thanks again and we wish you all the best in your future career!

Pros

Staff discount, survivor mentality of the team that have trauma bonded.

Cons

No internal progression unless you’re a bloke. Would much rather ship their mates in from overseas. Reward incompetency across the board. Marketing manager salaries around 40% lower than industry average.
