There is a big focus on individual growth and development. It's a fun and challenging work atmosphere. The brand is continuously evolving, never stagnant. It's a global company with lots of opportunities to move into different departments and also to relocate to different cities.
Cons
Because there are not as many retail locations in the US, there is a lot of travel for multi-unit managers which does not allow as much time in the stores for face to face interactions/ training, etc. The timekeeping/ scheduling system (Kronos) does not work smoothely and it seems that it is overly complicated for the purpose it serves.
