Pros

I value the strong and stable employer brand, a genuine people‑first culture, and an international environment that still feels personal. PUMA combines high performance expectations with respect, trust, and a workplace where people truly matter.

Cons

Open‑plan offices can make focused work challenging, and consistently strong leadership varies across different areas.

Pros

Great discount, great work life balance, cool work, good office benefits

Cons

No where NEAR competitive pay for the industry and especially for Boston. It should be criminal for full-time employees to not be able to afford to live within 10 miles of where they work.

Toxic Manager

Pros

Good company with an employee-friendly environment but now a days management positions are given to people who may not be the best fit for the role.

Cons

The company is good, but team management could be improved. Work pressure and constant follow-ups sometimes make it difficult to focus on quality work. In some cases, managers may not have a clear understanding of the work process or the time required to complete tasks, which creates unnecessary pressure for the team.
