Pros

The hours are very flexible and everyone that I have met higher up in the corporation are extremely nice and considerate of your needs.

Cons

Each day you work you have to obtain you daily goals, which I really like, but on the days that you don't reach your goals can be let ya down.

Pros

I loved my co-workers and previous supervisors and manager. As a company, I don't really expect much from a retail store in terms of benefits and compensation, so them not offering much didn't surprise me. Co-workers were very friendly and helpful (at least my store was) and probably the only reason I worked there.

Cons

Low-pay, no benefits, no room for growth, store manager head hunts outside rather than training existing workers who are more than capable to fulfill position. Favoritism between manager and certain employees.
