Pros

Team members are hardworking and results orientated Travel if you can hack being away at a moments notice Discount and staff allowance (although limited product you can choose from)

Cons

Totally corrupt senior management structure who expect staff to do as they say, not as they do. Several very open affairs between members of senior management (and those that weren't were quickly fast tracked!). Other senior managers using threats, blame and manipulation to get people to comply. I have attended some meetings to try and further my career path in which the feedback given was completely illegal and immoral! One of the most indiscreet and unprofessional HR departments I have ever come across.  The company wants to fast track the business into a streamlined model yet there is never a Plan B or any thought to things that go wrong. So when they do, they adopt a blame culture because they don't have the skills necessary to support teams and motivate them to get results.

Dear valued colleague. Thank you for your feedback! As a current employee of PUMA we would like to ask you to take advantage of either the confidential PUMA speak up hot-line (posters about it are published in all offices around the world) or to get in touch with your respective employee representatives or trusted HR Business Partners to more specifically address your concerns. You can also engage the Internal audit team. We will be following up on your more specific concerns. Of course, PUMA doesn't accept any illegal behavior or actions and a multi disciplinary team will be investigating your further details. In any case, we highly appreciate honest and open feedback at any time. Your HR Management

Pros

Nothing to write home about

Cons

Confused about who they are, continually changing message and identity. Unprofesional field leadership team made up of people promoted too soon with no personal or professional maturity. Non value based company that creates an environment of distrust and inappropriate compromise.

Pros

Challenging, some interesting people to work with. Big platform to perform. It's a growing brand trying to turnover from the bottom.

Cons

Upper management lack of long term sourcing strategy, everything is top priority. No clear development direction and endless changes. Old system which doesn't help efficiency. Poor traveling budget and relatively low pay in this industry.
