      No pros at all plz stay away from this brand for work

      List of cons all this I m writing for Puma Gujarat Ahmebadad They will ask you to work more then 11 hrs. If you say no then they will be like no you have to do it or elce leave the job. No security of employees. No documentation of any employee You have to beg your hard earned money from management. Top level manager have no sense of talking they use slangs while talking to employees. On your day off they call you and say you need to come to store some other mangers are in town for visit come on that’s not my problem ask them to make a schedule and come No work life balance at all they will call or msg you any time and they expect he/she has to reply no matter it’s 12 am in night. If you send an email for some customers complain they will not respond you on mail till the time customer don’t come to store start shouting to manager.

      Smooth process got all the documentation and laptop on very first day Great induction experience, got to meet all the leaders and department heads Got my goodies bags love all the products

      Not that attractive

      Pros

      - good CEO - company events - entrepreneurial side: you get to influence things quite a lot although not at very senior position

      Cons

      - salary is not competitive and there’s not much flexibility when it comes to raises, very easy to switch to competitors for this reason - location: Herzo is in the middle of nowhere and if you don’t have a car it is quite a pain getting there daily - job swaps with different locations are not very encouraged nor supported from all sides (HR, managers)
