Pros

- Gives 45% discount on all PUMA products to the employees.

Cons

- Managers are not leaders. There is constant bullying of innocent employees. You have to worship the leaders to be able to stay on top. - Doesn't give "OVERTIME PAY". They will work you to death until the wee hours of the morning or even on weekends without additional pay. They will even ask you to work on holidays impromptu. - Managers who do not know the end-to-end process, and has the audacity to complain and complain all the time. - No work/life balance.
