Pros

The people are the heart of the brand and are so kind and welcoming. The culture is really positive and your voice is heard in your team. It is a very humble environment and it makes you want to come to work every day.

Cons

At times it feels disorganised as it is a lean brand keeping up with the big brands, but we always manage to pull through.
