Large company with many oppourtunites in a number of cities and countries. A very well run company with good leadership.

Cons

Company has many divisions which usually seem like another company instead of the same company. You need to be willing to relocate to advance.

Good benefits and work/life flexibility. This is a very stable conservative company that is very good at allocating business development.

Cons

PPG has many different divisions across 65 countries. This causes the business processes to move incredibly slowly. It takes a very long time for anything to happen in this company.
