The ethical standards at PPG are high and are deeply imbedded in the corporate culture. The company plays by the rules and plays to win. PPG is built to last and has a demonstrated ability to evolve successfully as fundamental waves of change ripple through the Coatings, Specialty Chemicals and Materials industries.

Cons

The company is too Pittsburgh centric. The company IT systems are not advanced and user friendly.
