New company with a good solid base and systems historically coming from MSD.

Cons

Very hierarchical political environment, actionism is rewarded, poor employee leadership and no dialogue takes place. Excessive working hours.

New spin off company, steep learning curve.

Cons

I have been working for minimum 16 hours per day. On average I work 12 hours a day even on off-peaks. I do not think I am being paid enough for this.
