Pros
Started off as a highly innovative and inspired place to make change happen. Still has a lot of great people within the business units and enabling functions who are passionate about changing things for the better and who are genuinely amazing people.
Cons
Toxic leadership culture where mindless groupthink are encouraged over asking the difficult questions in order to steer the ship in the right direction. As a result of doing things the same way with one seventh of the resourcing, financial performance is suffering dramatically. Also despite a 'people first' culture and a 'great place to work certification' management treats people like trash and discards them when things are no longer convenient.
