      Pros

      -respects diversity&inclusion -great office -monthly mobile plan, laptop, phone provided -based yearly benefits for arrpox. 800eur (depends on the country) -competitive salary -work from home -long term company strategy and alliances and acquisitions

      Cons

      -nearly NO opportunity for growth -non-existent budget for trainings -no transparency -half of the day spent on useless meetings -burning out is very common -short to mid- term company strategy is in shambles -mid-management needs a whip to complete the picture of who they really are -stock price went down drastically due to the poor management of budgeting while implementation of new ERP

      Pros

      Field Sales: Good managers/ great district teams. Decent base salaries and sales incentive plans. Great benefits. Additional holidays, 2025 unlimited vacation starts.

      Cons

      Great Anchor leadership all slowly left in 2022… and all new leadership came in. Too many new ideas implemented quickly, prior to really understanding wha the field force deals with. Reduced the sales force in Nov 2023/ Territories now overly enlarged for remaining Salesforce and budgets tightened. Not enough resources for customers.
