The biggest pro of working at Organon is the culture - everyone is friendly, polite and eager to help.
Cons
Because it’s a relatively new company the processes are immature and in some cases non existent which introduces a lot of ambiguity in day to day work. If you’re the kind of person that thrives on creating new processes and working in ill defined spaces you’ll thrive. If not you’ll find the ambiguity frustrating and the pace of execution slow.
