      Pros

      Great place to work with a collaborative culture and strong values. I’ve had the chance to be part of impactful projects and work with talented, supportive colleagues. The company also offers great benefits, including competitive compensation and an annual bonus.

      Cons

      One area for improvement is growth opportunities, it can be a bit challenging to move up, especially as the company continues to restructure its organizational chart
