      I don't see any advantage to work for this company.

      - Toxic management and work environment. - Poor leadership witthin the marketing team (6 out of 9 employees left the company in less than 6 months). - High employee turnover. - Unfair work practices. - No compassion, humility, and openness. Run away.

      management team members doesn't understand what the term work-life balance means!! they don't practice it and they are not willing to discuss it, they encourage people to spend extended hours in the office, sometimes until 10 PM

      A lot of great investments in innovation, however, Orange is too slow to act. The pace frustrates the entrepreneurial minded. They are risk averse to a fault... with an engineering culture where most are afraid of making a mistake and will say 'no' instead of pushing the envelope.
