Pros

An stint at Oracle, on your resume, makes getting future jobs easier. You work with some very bright people and that helps you greatly, especially if you are beginning a new career. It pays to work for an industry leader in the Enterprise Software space. Oracle has great benefits in addition to a competitive salary.

Cons

As with most large corporations, there is a little bit of bureaucracy. In terms of headcount, there is very little organic growth and that diminishes advancement opportunities as you move up the ladder. Work life balance can get skewed at times. Working for groups, which deal with mature product/features, will lead to stunted professional growth.

Pros

Great technology and opportunity to contribute to architecture/product. The company is growing in certain groups and so there are opportunities to have larger groups and contribute to direction.

Cons

Controlled by CFO and no budgets. Always cutting bottom line, Larry Ellison must approve server orders. No capital budgets, hiring is always frozen, Oracle does not use there own systems. Email system for hiring and HR management.

Pros

The best reason to work at oracle are the people. There is a very good work dynamic here and the office politics really are at a minimum. The benefits are very comparable to the industry in general.

Cons

Very rarely do you hear from the happy customers. That is just the nature of the beast really, but it can drag on you after a time. Once you've gotten to the 3 weeks of vacation time per year, that is it forever. This really needs to be changed/updated.
