      Pros

      Can be a great place to work if you find the right niche. Benefit are solid. Compensation is fair. Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic. Hiring doesn't keep up with attrition, causing work-life balance to get out of whack. Integration of acquisitions is spotty at best. Little teamwork across the company.

      Pros

      - work comfort - Good perks. - No killing rat race you may find in certain service based organisations. - Very professional organisation. - Oracle has certain brand value, and it certainly lives upto it. - great org for managers.

      Cons

      - Fun at work is literally absent. - This is more mature organisation so if you have just came out from college to join here, you will find it less in energy/boring. - Growth, literally none. You can opt to sit on same chair for ages. - managers have too much power at hand.
