      Decent place..Nothing exceptional

      Pros

      Depends on the team that you are into.. Everything depends on ur manager.. Happened to be under an incompetent manager initially, didn't like it..Shifted to a team with a very competent manager, really liked it.. Very good functional learning.

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility to move to different teams inside Oracle ( if they are under a different Line of Business - say consulting / presales / product management ) . That was the biggest problem that forced me to quit..Plus no standards maintained across the teams in salaries.

      Your success is completely dependent on account assignments not your selling skills

      Pros

      Everybody knows your name and they will at least meet you. Benefits are very good. There are lots of resources to help with sufficient skills.

      Cons

      There are too many sales people and "co-primes" jousting for the same revenue and relationships. Success is all about the accounts you are assigned versus your selling skills and work ethic. You won't know the realities about your accounts until you are in the door. The only good thing is you can get lucky when they realign accounts at the start of each fiscal year.

      - talented employees who are great at what they do - a culture that promotes innovation and change - flexible work options + a real work / life balance

      Cons

      - disparate systems + too many of them! - lack of strategic direction at a local country level - little collaboration between functions/departments
