Pros

Oracle is the best company to work for if you care for your work life balance and family life. Being a product company, the work we do is not very hectic and deadlines not very strict. Employees are being cared well when it comes to promotions. Employees are respected well. Nobody abuses you and you get a comfortable day at work

Cons

Bonus and hikes are unexpected. You don't know when it comes. As in any other company, its difficult to contact the finance department

Pros

-Benefits - Access to technologies and training

Cons

-No pay increases (been here for 3 years and not a single cost of living adjustment). -Must work extra hours so that group that you work for within the company meets their quarterly revenue forecasts (no extra pay for this by the way). -Scheduled training can be cancelled if revenue projections are falling short for the quarter.
