Pros

The WFH perks are among the best in the industry. You’re in the office one day a week, and the rest of the week you can work from home. You can choose which day to come in—most people come for weekly meetings, monthly events, or lunch with colleagues. There’s also an option to work overseas, which some of my colleagues take advantage of, allowing them to work from anywhere in the world while traveling.

Cons

It’s a typical consulting setup, where you’re usually on a project for 3–6 months (12 months at most, as far as I know). When you’re on the bench, you might feel a bit free, bored, or stuck in a repetitive routine while waiting for the next project. But there’s still a good thing—during this time, you’re encouraged to pursue certifications or courses to upskill yourself, or, of course, just take a breather and relax.
