Pros

Onepoint is one of the best companies I have worked for. They take really good care of their employees. They played a big role in my immigration process, helping me out with work permits and enabling me to work on one of the most rewarding projects of my career. I had a very good onboarding experience and was impressed by the warm and friendly company culture. They have an internal social network with a lot of interesting activities and opportunities to learn new things and interact with co-workers from all over the world. I saw for example employees get together and organise pro-bono IT projects to help out during the pandemic. Even in the darkest days of confinements and lockdowns, the VP and HR manager went to the trouble of visiting every employee in the city (with facemarks and social distancing) to hand deliver Christmas gifts and wishing happy holidays - It was such a nice gesture of good humanity.

Cons

I have only good things to say about Onepoint and all the brilliant people who work there.

Pros

- You are free to give ideas, try new things and experiment - HR even if they have too much work always listen to you and try to help you in the best capacity they can - Used to have good annual salary raise (not anymore) - Really good work life balance

Cons

- If you are a consultant working with the client onsite, you can feel very lonely and will have poor company sense of belonging - The more people you'll know in the office the more good opportunities you'll have, the is a lack of transparency in the staffing system - Flat hierarchy is theoretically a good idea but you have a lack of transparency from the partners (they can decide anything at anytime without giving you the opportunity to give your advice) and you don't always really fathom what are their roles on a project. - Lot of political games happening within the top management, some partners creates toxic work environnement and it seems accepted by the company even if impacts the teams.
