Difficult clients in APAC

Pros

good salary for some of us in this pandemic, quiet environment where you can work alone no issues

Cons

no support given when things gets tough. because team mates are separated it is difficult to track productivity and there are people who do not contribute at all and still get paid.

Pros

If you hesitate with any other service company, you should probably choose onepoint - Flat organization - Human sized - Human interaction - Dynamic and fast paced - Space to build something - Interesting subjects to work on if you use this space

Cons

- Yet another service company - Growth as the main measurement of success - Probably hard to make your space if you are a bit young/shy

absolutely no internal process, APAC is separated from the group.
