Pros

- A lot of fields to play and get experience - Training - Some social benefits In conclusion, it is a good place to start and/or get experience. Long run is a bad idea (see cons)

Cons

- Once your settle, it is impossible to climb further. Same applies to wage. - Management forget that you exist. Even contacting superior is like talking to the void - No one see if you do any extra. Don't expect raise, bonus etc. If you get "thank you", that is much. - Management overpressure with stupid requirements while providing almost no support on some projects - You are the number, evaluated by numbers. Nothing else matters

Pros

All change, as fast as the fields we're working on. We can work on new technologies, try new tools. Everyone can talk about any subject.

Cons

Sometimes, we feel like we lack of co-workers, even if OVH hires fast and many. It may feel hard to get in, mainly because of getting into the mindset.
