      Management is most helpful in this organization, all your needs are taken care of. Salary is provided on time, managers take time out to share reviews personally and help you to get better. Skills and interests are taken into consideration before delegating work. Great work-life balance.

      As the company is global. different teams work in different time zones and speak different languages so sometimes the communication between teams is a bit difficult.

      Everyone seems driven and there are very few big egos.

      Cons

      Getting the appropriate equipment and specialized hardware needed for me to develop (We needed fast systems loaded with NVME) proved to be very difficult.
