      Pros

      - People that likes to learn will excel here. Many environments and tools being used. - Free food and drinks. - Benefits for discounted Opus, Employment Contribution Matching program up to 5%, 200$ yearly income for activities (gym, workout equipment, sports etc) - Every 3 months performance bonus. - Independent worker and team player.

      Cons

      - Yearly salary left to be desired for the amount of information you need to learn know and implement on the fly. - Upgrading of positions takes a long time - Continuous employee turnover - Terrible internal communication between both subsidiaries - Everything breaks all the time

      Did not find any benefits.

      Cons

      They are one of the cheapest companies. The water cooling system in DC is risky. I do not know how they do business in Germany. They only fix everything before insurance came. Minor injuries are common.

      Pros

      The workload is quite reasonable. The team is nice. We handle high-end customers, so we're mostly in contact with real IT technicians. Remote work for evening and night shifts. 3 to 4 days of remote work for day shift employees (Based on seniority)

      Cons

      Don't expect to get good salary raises. If you plan to get promoted internally they won't offer a competitive salary. We cover every shift, so we need people working evening and night. If no one wants to do it, we need to rotate shifts every now and then.
