      Top 3: * People first: form top management to teams, people care about their colleges, that a personal experience but a real one * Entrepreneurship is promoted: you have many possibilities to impact the topics you are working on and even more, being a source of proposals * Regular pay raise: of course when it make sens For the rest, I would say: * Working with passionate people most of the time * Good environment and relations * Flexibility on personal situation * If you like challenges, you'll be served * Growing market for the next years

      Cons

      Top 3: * Not enough time: is it specific ti OVH? of course not, but we miss time to often to work correctly * Lack of processes: even if it's much better than 3 years ago, it's still unclear in many situation * Lack of ownership: consequence or source with the previous one, anyway it's linked.

      Lunch, coffee and team activities.

      Cons

      No free will, only a few of people decide for everything. Not really considered as an employee if you're not French or work in French offices. Huge internal technologic debt. Very strong public blame culture. Most of employees are very young, it result a not very family friendly environment.
