      - You take the responsibility. No micro-management - One of the very few companies that say "Family first" and "Don't work on weekends" - Senior developers with really good experience/knowledge - Good Insurance coverage (including OPD) - Lots of goodies

      Cons

      Hikes are on the lower end. Probably this can be increased. Other than that, this is the perfect company to work with!
