      * Great Atmosphere I just love being at the office. * Working at scale Everything is done with scaling in mind. * Super interesting projects

      * No root access on the computers This is really slowing down the work * Working remotely is not an option * Salaries are average at the best

      Pros

      Free coffee Great compensation if you work the night shift ( I don't) Depending on the team you're in, you can do minimal work and get away with it Room to learn, you can self-train on various subjects on company time and they doesn't seem to mind You can easily change positions, even if it's not your area of expertise! :)

      Cons

      Plant unsafe to health; real concerns as if all asbestos has been removed, lead paint. etc. No compensation for evening shift and weekends Can change the rules of its own game within 24h, leaving employees very confused. Left to your own devices too early on, lack training. Lack of communication within team and other departments
