      Cons

      No professionalism, No job security . Rude way of communicating with employees by management ,disrespectful & manipulative . Not a process oriented company. Hiring & firing is the full time job KRA of HR. They don't trust employees, lot of micro management and backbiting in the name of 360D feedback.

      Still has a pull yourself by your bootstraps kind of mentality, if your willing there is room to grow, challenge and bring in new ideas.

      Cons

      Workload and processes not yet up to snuff, but the company is still growing so it makes sense.
