      Hybrid work cultures provides flexibility and overall work life balance is good, you are not expected to work beyond your working hours. A lot of great colleagues, always ready to help.

      Fairly relaxed social environment Recreational room Lunch voucher Private health and dental care Additional holidays Great people to work with outside of management

      Cons

      Poor shift working hours, extremely difficult for work-life balance (High turnover) Unreasonable goals to meet with very arbitrary ones Chaotic work environment Significantly lower pay compared to other data centres, unlikely to match any sort of pay Very few opportunities for vertical growth Managerial and higher positions make it harder for actual work to be done Poor bonus scheme with little to no incentive to work towards it (High turnover) Performance review is the worst I've ever seen, disconnected from the actual work Little to no training available, what training is available is never explictly allowed or required when it should be, workers struggling to understand fundamental concepts after a month shouldn't be happening
