      Pros

      The most amazing part you can find in OVH it is truly the teams! Such a nice environment, friendly, informal, and creative. After working at HP and VMware I feel home here. Can you imagine waking up in the morning and feel happy to go to work?? That is OVH :)

      Cons

      This company changes really really fast. Yes, faster than VMware if that is possible! It is important that you are always switched on otherwise you don´t recognize the company anymore! Think that you, no matter what you do, you are always an innovation manager.

      Pros

      OVH is always growing, always changing and you need to do both if you want to thrive in the company. It has some great people working here and everyone wants to do their best for the company. It's exciting to see how far it hs grown from humble beginnings to the multinational behemouth it is now. You can learn alot here but you need to find out how, the best people to talk to and be up for self learning.

      Cons

      It's changing very slowly, but there is still alot of validations and micro (and macro) managing from HQ in France.
