      Pros

      Good Team and different work tasks keep you busy. Flexible timings.

      Cons

      Poor benefits and No HR support No respect for hourly staff. Senior management doesn't care about Calgary unit. Bad moral and previous plant manager never shared correct budget number with other managers.

      Pros

      Newrest is a company where there is no discrimination of color or sex.A black or a female can occupy any position if they have the necessary competences.Workers are trained permanently and their security is a big concern for the company.Also the social life of worker mainly their family situation is always take in consideration.You can have a full and successful career working all your life with Newrest.

      Cons

      During my period working with them I realized that at mainly for remote sites and offshore sites there are not efficient management procedures and documents.Management control was not so effective.What matter was the final result but you need to monitor the day to day reliability of the operations to make sure the final result don't be a surprise for you.
