Working in newrest since 2016 til now,one of the best company i've worked for .big responsible company paying at time where we learn every day a new things

Cons

A lot of clients for small kitchen means low quality .working very fast to finish at time very hard to make a good meals .work in shift very hard every single day a very high rythme

Pros

Friendly people, most of the time easy to get along with.

Cons

They don't like when you have to take days off for family emergencies or when you're sick, or when you have to leave early for appointments. If you haven't been there for as long as they have they don't like you or they're very hard on you. They also don't care how you get treated as long as they get the amount of work done that is required. If you're not perfect you're not liked. Always having t stay hours after what you're scheduled for. 7-3:30 turn into 7-6:30. Work load is far too much.
