Pros

Everyday is different and filled with challenges! If you are a hard-working and committed, you have a lot of advancement opportunities. The team is very young and ambitious, and bring a lot of great ideas to the table. Majority of team work very hard and are incredibly passionate.

Cons

On the administrative and upper management side, there are far too many expats and not enough local recruits. There is a huge gap between the salary and conditions of expats vs. locals (in the same role) which only creates conflict and turnover in local staff. Management team has very poor work-life balance due to low staffing budget and a very heavy work load .
