My supervisor, manager and co-workers were all amazing. This was one of my favorite places to work. Work/life balance was easy and they encouraged it. There are so many employee programs, discounts, benefits and perks.

Cons

none for me, wish I still worked there.

Pros

Everyone working there has great benefits. You get great bonuses, yearly raises, free machines, coffee allowance, tuition reimbursement. It's definitely a great thing to take advantage of.

Cons

The upper management culture is extremely toxic. There's no accountability with the managers, if you don't play politics there, you will not get very far. There's also not a lot of opportunity for personal or career growth. If you're just looking for a job, it's great. If you're looking for a career, you have to tread very carefully.
