Pros

If you are dating a manager or if you are friends you can come in late and take extra days off without penalty. You can get people fired by starting office gossip and asking friends and manager friends to help

Cons

Managers are very jealous and petty people. If they see you are attractive and smart they work together to ensure you don't get promoted. Very negative environment. Co Workers are petty jealous people

Pros

Free coffee and discounts on machines

Cons

Unresponsive management, an environment that nurture those that have no ideas, no creative thought process. Perfect for those that like to mimic robots. Constant issues that never get resolved which no one cares to fix. The communications between departments is nonexistent and ran by people highly unqualified for their positions. People who are qualified are somehow never promoted. As promotions are not based on how well you do your job but some secret formula. The HR department is by far the worst. They are not responsive, no job training, HORRIBLE medical benefits compared to other companies. I am not sure what they do except once a year give us instructions to fill out a performance reviews which merits to nothing.

Pros

IF YOU ARE A FRIENDS, RELATIVE OR A FAVORITE OF SENIOR MGMT YOU CAN LOG IN FROM HOME AND NEVER BE REQUIRED TO COME TO WORK. THERE ARE PEOPLE IN quality assurance mgmt that are not managers but have inflated titles and they never come to the office but still get a paycheck. senior manners expect employees to come to work but they do not expect their own staff to show their face at the office

Cons

excessive micromanagement and nepotism bigotry, no cultural diversity. the only good reviews on this site are posted by managers at nespresso who are doing damage control. human resources themselves support retaliation
