Pros

Great concept; Credit to purchase products; after all a nestle company.

Cons

The concept may lure you in the beginning but later you see that the management is not capable of taking care of the team and/or maintain a healthy environment. it is really disappointing have to go to work and have to deal with so much stress that doesn't even exist.

Over the past year, I have met all our Boutique Managers when visiting the boutiques or while hosting events in the Corporate office. Through regular leadership training and guidance, we expect our Boutique leaders to set the example and manage their teams by demonstrating our common corporate values and by following our Code of Business Conduct. Should you like to provide more specific information about your situation, please contact me, speak with your HRBP, or call our confidential employee help-line at 888-424-2409. Limited Growth Opportunities

Pros

Good pay, benefits, well known company, and great new president who seems to really care about the company.

Cons

Very limited growth opportunities; when opportunities do arise, they only hire people from other Nestle subsidiaries. Also, favoritism is rampant in some departments; I've seen some of the laziest people in any company I've ever worked for, get promoted with very little experience and horrible work ethics to match.

Hello – Thank you for your remarks and your compliment. I hear your frustrations. I would like to assure you that we follow specific guidelines to assess our employees’ skills and promote internal talent whenever an internal profile matches a job opening. Actually, last year, 55% of our jobs were filled with internal candidates. Additionally, we offer many growth opportunities to our employees through personal development courses and new career openings. I encourage you to speak with your Leader or HRBP to learn more. Thank you for taking the time to express your view. Guillaume Le Cunff President @Nespresso USA
