Pros

Extremely generous with benefits, salary and bonuses. Many opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Growing very quickly provides a challenge in communication. However, town hall meetings and department collaboration has improved this greatly.

Pros

Pay, benefits, bonuses. Feels like you run your own business, you are encouraged to impact change and you are heard by upper management.

Cons

Technology is very challenging and impedes your ability to be efficient with your time and keeps employees from focusing on the customer experience.

We need entrepreneurial minded-leaders to support and foster our business growth. Unfortunately, we are aware of the inefficiencies of our IT system, however we are hopeful that 2017 will soon bring the much needed enhancements. Pros

I had never heard of Nespresso until I applies=d for this position. When doing the research, there were several things that I was looking for. I have always worked for very branded companies so this was something that was very important to me. Nespresso understands BRAND and the uphold their brand standards daily. They are also a very smart company. They do it right or they don't do it at all. I really respect this. I have been with the company for just over 6 mths now and I am very impressed with the people. I have not met a single person that has made me feel uncomfortable or that I thought was a bad person. They care about the employees and customers. The company is growing in leaps and bounds so there is plenty future potential for moving upwards. I love this company.

Cons

Because of the growth, there is lots of change and growing pains. This can be challenging. things do not stay the same for long. Its not bad, just different. Where there is change, there is learning and, I believe, that makes a stronger company.
