Pros

- Excellent base rate of pay (£10/hr) - Good commission rates (£3/sale) - Top notch training - Easy brand to sell

Cons

- Monotonous work gets boring quickly - If you're placed in busy stores sales come thick and fast; not so in stores more out of the way or less busy. - On your feet all day - Some consumers give you grief about the parent company Nestle - No real opportunities for career progression

Pros

-Great Benefits -Low turnover even in Customer Service Team -Training is taken seriously, especially to become a coffee expert

Cons

- Decisions are slow and everything depends on global guidelines approved in Switzerland, so it means the company falls behind on improvements on websites and use of social media - Growth opportunities for Customer Service are limited
