hours are hard for part-time as tend to hire university students, but the hours can be awkward to reach while also attending university (have to start the 4 hour shift at say 11am or 3pm). If you'r not on shift for the training, you miss it. However, you have to sign a form to say you've received it. progression is sporadic and depends on if you go for it at the right time, rather than trying to keep good staff.

Work load is unrealistic and you’re not supported. When their is no management employed you are expected to step up with out any recognition or placed towards development. Nespresso find it difficult to listen to “Negative” comments although you wish to improve for others. Nespresso talk about internal progression but rarely will follow up with actions as they find it easier to hire externally.
