Pros

- good salary based for a retail job - good benefits (discount in products)

Cons

- very unorganised - not enough staff to work shift hours - no commission at all in sales of machines and products (even tough we have targets to reach and management are very strict about it) - no career development; it’s a job for someone that is in college - very poor work/life balance (the roster is never sent beforehand, so you can’t plan anything outside work because you don’t know when you’ll be working

Pros

Free coffee all though they cut the allowance in half this year

Cons

New concept is horrible to work at Customers treat you like trash Management takes advantage of you You will struggle to have a social life and will be constantly exhausted Some employees will sabotage your kpi’s for their own gain which is at most maybe an extra 100-200 bucks
