      - Monthly coffee allowance of 200 capsules for full timers, 100 for part timers (THIS DID NOT ALWAYS COME EVEN THOUGH IT IS IN OUR CONTRACT) - You can drink coffee whenever you want

      Cons

      - The company doesn't care about you - If you have a blowout due to stress, no one cares and you have to keep working - No support - Standing up all day with uncomfortable shoes and no where to sit unless on break
