Pros

Back when I was hired at the company as a team leader, I saw just how little training or support the assistant managers were getting. Clearly the company realized when the amount of people and potential talent left due to no support or proper guidance. Since evolving to a higher position myself, trainings have been better implemented and maintained. The support group between managers and assistant managers is there. Overall, quite great!

Cons

Can be a little tired some if the boutique is struggling to find regular employees. It forces you to do your role and also their role till it’s filled.
