Pros

paid training required for two days to gain a better understanding of the product and capsule

Cons

the manager who works at vivocity kept giving me an attitude for no reason although I was fulfilling my job. After I finished my shift, she suddenly called me out and tested my "coffee knowledge" on a specific capsule. When I answered her (origin, aromatic note and intensity), she was giving me some nonsense, telling me that I should be expected to know the background stories of the capsule. She then continued by giving me unrealistic expectations that I should be able to sell at least 3 machines on my next shift smh.
