Great benefits but wrong fit for management roles

Great employee welfare, great office location.

From the previous template replies, I understand that “the company invest a great deal in their people.” However some in the management level are the wrong fit for their role. The instruction were passed down word for word from the final decision maker without understanding what the market wants. Cost saving is vital but they have to do it with common sense in order to bring the company to greater heights. With the number of negative reviews below, I believe it is a good time to create an employee feedback on our line managers and for the higher management. Listen to what the junior rating employees have to say, this will be true to what Nestle workplace value “ Providing a healthy working environment”
