      alot of potential, good retirement company

      Pros

      alot of parties, good facilities structures, electric mobility friendly, good personal life balance, it's very healthy place if you are planning a job for your retirement.

      Cons

      obsolete technology, obsolete work process (example: forced to manage helpdesk tickets via outlook), they save alot money of the it infrastructure and spent tons of money in parties, a lightly "ok" salary, very stubborn in obsolete job processes, you will be obliged to learn french (the internal environment it's partially English) variables declared in french, you need tell some departments how they should work, basically if you want work with 5 years old technology this place doesn't suit (tons and tons of legacy technology and products)

      French bank's pay and American bank's workload

      Pros

      People are generally friendly here. Benefits are good compared to other banks.

      Cons

      Workload is high, yet pay is not sufficient to compensate it. Very poor and outdated data systems, so quality of data is bad and incomplete. Top heavy, many senior level executives who give orders, not enough working level staffs. High turn over, and it became a vice circle since many teams are constantly understaffed.
