Nice people and generally positive environment

Cons

They lured me in with bonus expectations that they never had any intention of giving me. This also happened to a number of people I knew there. Take the discretionary numbers with a grain of salt.

Pros

Small company in Hong Kong, which would theoretically make it an easy place to navigate.

Cons

Extremely discriminating culture with managers promoting French speaking during meetings and via email, which automatically excludes most of employees from receiving important information necessary to do their job. Racism, gender discrimination, bullying are predominant. In addition to a total ignorance from senior management on any business practices in Asia, and a total unwillingness to learn about them.
