      Pros

      Great Company to work for. Has good benefits and a really great CEO. You get to work for a futuristic company focussed on ground breaking technology

      Cons

      Not many except management. The management picks a few favorites and mistreats the rest of the team. There is something wrong with the manager, when everyone talks bad about him behind this back. There is blatant plagiarism where the favorites copy ideas from the rest of the team and the manager allows it.

      Technologically good company to work for. Foreign counter part of Nvidia Graphics (india) Pvt Ltd is good

      Cons

      Politics is rampant at NVidia Pune. When comes to pay and all. Nvidia Pune is only Marathis. If you are experienced and technologically good then higher grade people do everything to prove you fresher. Please, be careful if you are outside of Maharasthra and experienced and have offer in hand. People play game with during review process. Recruiting is horrible. HR is almost non-existent.

      Pros

      NVIDIA is filled with some of the most passionate and intelligent people in the tech industry who believe we are changing the world in which we live. Whether its improving how you spend your leisure time playing video games, to not needing hands while driving a car or accelerating scientific research to find a cure you will find a team excited about what they are working on.

      Cons

      Nvidia is very fluid and responsive to the market and willing to pivot like a start up. if you don't like rapid change this is not the place for you. not sure if its truly a con- Flat organization with limited upward mobility...but lots of opportunity to move laterally and work on a variety of projects and technologies
