      Pros

      I joined NVIDIA four months ago. My engineering manager is very friendly and supportive. Coworkers are very friendly and productive. The job description is very clear so that every body knows which area you are working on. You feel like your working to invent a cutting edge technology. I am very happy to work for Nvidia. In addition, they pay very well.

      Cons

      I do not see any cons yet. Maybe because I am new.

      Pros

      NVIDIA is a leader; the company sets high standards, is highly innovative and driven. The level of expertise and commitment throughout all the staff that work at NVIDIA means the company achieves time and time again, and punches above it's weight, considering it's size relative to very large competitors.

      Cons

      There really isn't anything to complain about with the company executing in very ambitious technologies and leading the development of capabilities like AI / Deep Learning and Autonomous Driving.

      Pros

      - Infinite & endless work, but good quality and most of the times challenging - No differentiation of work based on geography. Most of the teams work globally with no work discrimination - Employees are hard working, talented, intelligent & helpful - Great work culture due to flat organization - Fast pace organization creating top class technologies

      Cons

      - Mediocre compensation. There is pay gap among peer - Non-transparent review process and increments are unrelated to performance - Work-life balance is a big time problem - Most of the time engineers have to resort to lot of manual testing
